Our policy we follow in BCC is they must speak to there current CM. Then they contact VK and show proof they have spoken to there CM by sharing the messages. Only then does my CM give permission for the request once she see the proof they have told there CM that they would like to be traded to BCC. This is how we would like to be treated If one of our members wanted to go to another coven that they contact VK first for the request which then she can ask them why and see if there is something in out coven we need to address... and then sometimes people might have friends in another coven and just want to join them. I think it is respectful to he upfront with request and that BOTH Cm's are aware and agree. Honor. Respect. Treating other's as you want to be treated goes a long way. Hope this helps.

My policy is simple. I tend to not accept a trade from a different coven without hearing from both the CM and the member first requesting the trade. They need to message their current CM asking as well.

My policy when had my SIRE account was to ask them if they have notified their CM that they would like to be traded into your coven and if not that they should let their CM know that they do

I then waited a day or two before contacting the CM of their coven and let them know that so and so was in contact with me about wanting to leave their coven for mine



If they were newly inducted and been 6 weeks or less would let them be traded out of my coven to coven of choice free

If they don't care what coven then set up a trade free

If under level 30 I requested the favour they have earned coven 2k max unless they cost me more then that to be traded into my coven

3. How do I join a House or Coven?



A member has no choice as to whether or not they want to be in a specific House or Coven. Members are selected by the House/Coven Master along the following guidelines:

A member must be at least level 20 (Exasperater) to be inducted.

A member must not already be in a House or Coven.

Sire's have special exceptions and cannot be forcibly inducted.

Members can also be traded between a House or Coven.

4. Help! I'm in a House/Coven and I hate the Master!



Members do not have a choice as to whether or not they want to be in a specific House or Coven. A member can request of their Master that they be traded, however a Master is under no obligation to facilitate such a trade.



When a member reaches the Status of Sire they are free to leave any House or Coven.

when I ran my coven (now disban some time back)



If a member desires to come in my coven it was to tell there cm and have them message me. then we may talk of a trade, and only then.

The reason too now we ask for proof that they have spoken to there current CM is we have had some who claimed they had and that there CM fully approved. Then in contacting the current CM they had, the CM was never contacted. Of course that type we do not want in BCC so then other arrangements are made for those types. All these replies are good. And of course the way Cancer does it, the best.
